Set/4 Kangaroo chairs by Ernst Moeckl for Horn – Germany 1960s

Beautiful and unique set of 4 Kangaroo chairs – also called Z chairs – designed in 1968 by Ernst Moeckl for Horn. These very stylish chairs are made of pressed polyurethane reinforced with glass fibre (GRP) and was produced in East Berlin at the time. A particularly eye-catching chair, especially with armrests. The colour is milk chocolate brown and as far as we can tell this is the original color.

Considering its age this set is still in good condition but shows signs of aging, wear and tear and some paint damage. The construction of the chairs is still good and sturdy.
